Certain buttons on my blackberry passport will not work and I am unable to get into my phone because I cannot complete my password. The whole top row works Q,W,E,R,T,Y,U,I,O,P...the whole second Row does not work A,S,D,F,G,H,J,K,L, X....The bottom row left side works Z,X,C,V and the space bar. The right side does not work B,N,M and the arrow enter button.

I had the keyboard switched out from an older passport I had and it still didn't work. I ordered a brand new keyboard and still the same buttons would not work? Guy at the shop I took it to suggested that it may be the motherboard? and he could send it out to a shop to get fixed. I wanted to first ask if anyone have had or heard of this issue and secondly do anyone of you know of any places that you may recommend that will fix my passport.

It sounds like a hardware problem...
You can check for replacement parts on ebay but I think it should be replaced by somebody who knows what to do..
