    Yeah, he should have also shown pinch to zoom from keyboard within browser.

    Pinch to Zoom I first saw on 10.3.2.500 and this keyboard thing on the latest.

    I've never had an issue with any of my directly purchased devices. I've always gotten the update as soon as BlackBerry has made them available or said they would be available. Carrier devices........ well that's a different story.

    I received an update the day I received the device before inserting the sim & for the 6mo since OTA only updated if sim removed...

    I agree, I have always bought factory unlocked devices and I get the latest OTA updates. My other option is buying a unlocked one in Canada, seems they always get updates quicker then we do here in the USA.

    Here in Spain the same for me, bought it on amazon and always get the latest update.
    I usually buy on Germany amazon cause it use to be cheaper than spaniard and the quertz keyboard instead querty is never mind for me.
