    Can the keyboard key caps be poped off removed ? or only the entire keyboard ?

    I think you can pop them off but I’m not sure that you’ll be able to re-fit them again.

    Best to replace the whole keyboard if there’s a problem with it.

    The problem is i received a German Blackberry and the Y and Z key caps are swapped. I reprogrammed it for American layout but its a pain with the caps in the wrong position

    You could try painting over them in black and then paint the letters you need there, if you are quite artistic it would probably look ok.

    Once you were happy with the result you could then put a clear coat or two over the top to stop it wearing off too quickly.
