    Ive just bought a 2nd Passport (1st one was returned with a battery fault!). I also have aZ30.
    Ive set up the Passport in exactly the same way as the Z30, same accounts, same settings, same apps etc etc.
    Both the phones get emails at exactly the same time but the Passport's screen only comes on once in a while compared to the Z30 screen which comes on every time a new email / message etc arrives!

    I've checked both phones' lockscreen / notification settings and they're exactly the same.
    Can anyone suggest anything please?

    I think this is an OS related issue. I experienced the same on my PP, and also on my Z30, as soon as I upgraded it to 10.3.0 !
