So I'm selling my passport as have a keyone. Anyhow I did it directly thru the phone but it wouldn't complete. After many attempts to turn the device on again. It came up with error message. Saw on here To try thru connecting to computer. Gets to about 70% but then sounds like it disconnects from computer and comes up with error message again on phone and computer. This is thru the blackberry link. Don't know what else to try. Please help

To turn the device on again, hold down the ON/OFF button until it reacts (5 to 15 seconds)
Also, remove your memory and sim cards. IF you're selling the device, the sim is history. The buyer has to get his own card.

Look on this site for the 10.3.3 autoloader.

Autoloader rules, all other methods are inferior.

You can reload the os via the app Link. I just needed to do that few weeks ago, it works.

Passport have a bug on factory reset function. You can either use autoloader or os reload on blackberry link. Like mentioned earlier.
