It does. I have mine, but still don't have passport to attach it to :P
Weirdly enough my Lioue Vuitton passport holder fits the pp with hard shell case on. Not sure how to stick it on but fits beautifully.

The retail box from shopblackberry has both the case and protector. So I would assume any retail case box would have both.

it does but is not a high quality one.
I have had mine on since launch day and it is already scratching and scuffing. I hope iShield comes out with a good one or maybe a good tempered glass one
