    I just upgraded to Handbrake 1.0.2 on MacOS Sierra, and I see a bunch of new presets ("Very Fast 1080p30","Fast 720p30",etc etc).
    Has anyone tried using these to encode movies for their Passport? Are any of them 'better' than the "iPhone & iPod touch" preset that I have been using?
    ('Better' meaning faster encoding, and/or smaller file size, and/or better image quality)

    Can't say I even bother with encoding videos anymore. Most of the videos play just fine and my SD Card is more than sufficient.

    Sorry, my bad. I should have pointed out that I was transcoding the videos from DVD's.
