Ditto - SE works great on ATT - I bought it unlocked from BlackBerry in the spring sale and couldn't be happier!

The Passport is over a year old for at&t.

My AT&T Passport stopped making and receiving phone calls about two weeks ago after multiple phone calls and about 12 hours on the phone with Blackberry support I was told that there was a software issue that they did not have a fix for that was causing my phone to fail when sending or receiving phone calls.

I'm not surprised it is not listed on their website for sale. You can see the whole outline of my ordeal here.

Mine works correctly, Just don't expect any new software updates for a long time if ever.

If you went to an AT&T store and asked for it, they could probably still get you one. When I got mine a few months ago, the salesman wasn't sure if they were still available, but when she looked in their system they were still there. Have had mine for 5 months now.

Just talked to a rep at ATT and while they don't really have access to what's on the web I was assured that they are still carrying the Passport and will continue to give support!

I did talk to management and suggested they mistakenly took the wrong device off the web. Said they'd check it out!

I noticed the removal of the Passport from the AT&T sales site a few days ago. The rep I spoke to over the phone on 8/4 was unable to find one anywhere in their pipeline. On the other hand, it's still on offer through Best Buy, both with Next and full, non-contract pricing.

Generally, NO ,always except the fact the the first level of customer service, just about everywhere , knows the least about what's going on. And you'll recognize this by being put on hold and for how long. As soon as you're not satisfied with the reply, NICELY and POLITELY ask to speak with a supervisor and then the next supervisor and the next until you ARE satisfied.
I found a hole in ATT's legal agreement back when the Torch was released. I got it for free. It took me about two hours but I make situations fun and challenging. If I had been rude I would never have gotten close to the management that made the right decision.
And to my advantage, I used the same hole at 12:01 on the morning the Passport way released. After three and a half hours, I got the passport FREE OF Charge.

And GUY.... THat's the truth!! It took me two "I don't knows" and about 20 minutes to get to management level that did know!
