Judging from the description, I do not see why it wouldn't be compatible with the Passport. It's pretty straight up. I'm sure it'll work.

What is so different with iBeats from other brands that it won't work with the passport?

Definitely off topic, I see in your signature that you have the 2814 radio on your Passport on TMO. Do you get Wi-Fi calling? If you do, could you show me how to do the same so that I can go back to the Passport and still keep Wi-Fi calling?
