    My Passport always freezes when I open certain apps or the screen goes black. I have to reboot to get it working again. This happens quite often. Any advice to fix this? Thank you!

    You'll need to give more details than this. Which apps are causing the shutdown? What are you doing at the time the phone shuts down? Go through your usage and your procedures.

    It mostly freezes when I use iGran or when I switch between the Passport and my Classic. It always happens when doing a simple switch of the Sim card and SD Card.

    Everything seems to be working fine now. I just let it "settle" and it seems fine.
