So we are all waiting for a high-end cover for our Passport device, my work around until they arrive is using a Kobo Mini folio cover. I am reasonably pleased with it as temporary protection for the device:

What do you think?

How does it fit inside? Looks pretty bulky but looks like it will protect it perfectly

It's a near perfect fit. It's kept in place with corner elastic straps. Here is EPK promo shot of the cover:

Oh wow i see. Looks good. So are you using this full time for now?
I just bought the hard shell for the meantime. Going to give that a go.

Well I have the hard case too but I prefer a folio or flip case so the screen can be covered.

I noticed my tom tom hip holster is also suitable for Passport.

Hmmm i will have to see when my hard case arrives.

Trying to pre order for the leather one on clove but it won't go through. Going to have to call them.

Which works better for you? Kobo or tomtom?

I have pre-ordered the official cases... they are expected around 20 Oct.

Both the temporary case ideas work fine, because the holster profiles are not active on 10.3 I prefer the Kobo Mini Case over the holster!

Both... So I get the impression, nobody really knows when to expect stock. I notice from other international posters that they are being told early to mid Nov.

Crackberry in Canada? Yeah i seen it. Not sure if you saw my other post but i did estimated shipping etc and was costing around 70pounds...rather wait untill it's out here with my pre order with clove.

Also i am waiting for a company called noreve to bring out 2 of their coming soon cases for the passport and also vaja who are also currently creating one. Both offer top leather will diff combos etc. They exp but you can custom create then etc. Hope the designs are good!

I had one of these kicking around for my actual passport and you got love LIOUs!!!

Im going to get double sided Velcro at the craft store and use this LV passport folio. The Velcro will secure the device in folio but if I need to use the camera I can just detach.

The LV folio fits the device with the hard shell case beautifully. Feels sturdy and adds a bit of posh.
