I'm looking at getting a Passport next week and wanted to know if the flicker issue had been resolved.
Also, can I use the same BBID on both my Z30 and Passport simultaneously?

It has been resolved on the latest official OS releases.
You can use the sam BBID at the same time, but you cannot be logged into BBM at the same time on multiple devices.
