Anybody catch that today in F1 qualifying?
Instead of the usual "BlackBerry" found on the cars around the cockpit surround, its now "BlackBerry Passport".
Tres cool. :)

i missed qualification, could you post some pics if you have? thanks
Edijs Benoit, it's a nice avatar picture you have. ;)
On the Car that has dominated all season and whose driver (Hamilton) will wrap up the drivers championship in a few hours.
I think BlackBerry has gotten some good visibility out of this deal

BlackBerry Passport, as opposed to just "BlackBerry " was also showing on the livery around the cockpits at the last GP in Brazil also.

Yep since the launch of the Passport, it's been on the Mercedes amg F1 cars. Good advertising there.

didn't notice, thanks.
I'm just excited that the BB marketing people are paying attention. They've had incredible exposure all season, and as far as I can tell, haven't made a big deal about it, as I think they should have.
At the very least, they better have a full page ad/web ad congratulating the team for their efforts this season!
Even Chen hasn't said a peep.
It was nice to see they are alive and well, and updating the livery on the car.
thank you brother ;]
See next post, my bad!

I wonder if BlackBerry might also do sponsorships in NASCAR and IndyCar here in the USA, as well as other sports?

Well, Louis Hamilton has just won for 2014, so I guess there will be an extra bit of camera time on the BlackBerry Passport logo. Can't hurt.
Well done Louis and the team!
Money well spent for the prominent advertisings on these F1 cars and winning cars at that . They may not be as big here in NA but certainly maximum exposure around the world for BlackBerry
FYI it's actually Lewis not Louis.
Awesome! Go Blackberry!
Blackberry has been a proud sponsor of F1 since 2013.
