Hello everybody.
I have an issue with my Blackberry Passport Silver Edition.
I was using my device. Then, I've seen that a message wasn't sent on whatsapp. I've restarted the Blackberry hub and then, I wasn't able to use my Passport. I've turned it off then I've turned it on again, but now I'm stuck on the "Blackberry" screen (before the % shows off).
What can I do ? Thanks !
Will it hard boot? Hold to volume up and down rockers for about 20 seconds and see if it will recycle
That's what I've done. Finally, the % appeared. Now I'm stuck on 100% for about 10 minutes. Still waiting. I'm gonna be patient.
Give it some time...hopefully it's not too long. Worst case is is you have a back up you can factory reset using link
Hope I wouldn't have to do it... I didn't back up before :(
So it's still on 100%... I guess I need to restore the OS :(
Try a hard reboot again....it may reboot but hopefully speeds through.
If that fails then OS reload.
