Has anyone faced this problem? My PP doesn't recognize headphone. When I use PP with aux, it works and I also checked my headphone with G3, also works well

    Hi there,

yesterday afternoon I had the exactly the same issue. Fortunately, it was NOT a hardware problem. Rebooted my Passport and all was back to normal.

    I hope this helps.

I have also experienced this off and on and it seems to be totally software related as a reboot seems to fix it.

Simple. Hold down the volume up and down buttons until the red LED lights, then release. Should reboot...
