If you are near Clearwater I would meet you to pull the battery and hook up a replacement battery to see if it works
Try holding down the power button and the up and down volume buttons for ten seconds, works for me!

living in holland but thanks to trying helping me!!
I can tell you how to remove battery if you like
gona try it! update: doesnt work. :(
is there just a way to get the files?
I have a Priv now
yeah sure! maybe that will help:) do you think its the battery thats dead or something?
Sounds like the old Playbook when you had to "stack charge" as in pull outlet in and out to get it enough juice to start OS but don't think BB10 had same issue however anything is worth a shot. Good Luck, DPR
like jumpstarting? how can i do that?
Might be, first did you try a hard restart if so lets try the battery.
Silver Passport: you will need a T-4 remove sim cover and remove sim card and memory if installed. Looking at back there are 3 screws. They must go back in the same slots, also the one in the left hand corner is covered with a black sticker. After you remove all the screws, gently start pulling the cover off from the top. Work your way around very carefully as the back will split very easy. a very thin shim would help. Once removed the battery connection is held in place with the same type of screw. To remove the battery connection use a non metallic shim. Take a very thin shim and start to work under the battery. Do not pull just work slowly, it will come up. Reverse possess to install new battery. Rear cover start popping back on from bottom and work sides than top.
i cant do a hard reset because...... he doesnt do ****, only redlight in charger :P
To do this, plug your USB charger into the Passport making sure it is properly aligned. Then at the wall outlet, plug in for 10-15 seconds, unplug, plug in for 10-15 seconds, unplug, and keep repeating the process for 50-100 times until you have "stacked" up enough power for the passport to charge itself.
Don't give up, worked for me on a blackberry before as if it is this, it will take some patients. Worth a shot???!!
Pay attention to the LED and keep stacking also google stack charge blackberry as I did for you for more...
Again, GL, DPR
