    Hi All

    Just got my Passport a couple of days ago, and overall very happy about it. My problem with it is that I have problem on file transferring through blend. The phone could be connected to blend initially, no problem. However, after a few minutes of data transferring, the connection was lost and no way to get re-connected... Then I did factory setting reset, "forget device" on blend and so on, it worked, but still lost connection during file transferring. Anyone can help on this?

    I use blend on my macbook pro, and connect passport via USB.

    I would try a different USB port first, and if the issue persists then try a different USB cable as well.

    I had the same problem the phone disconected from blend several times, I used another USB cable and now is working great.
