Shopblackberry.com shipped my Passport phone today via FedEx Smartpost which is the cheapest, slowest possible way to ship anything! Delivery date is 10/14!!! That's 8 friggin' days!!! Given the opportunity, I would have paid extra for next day shipping. USPS First Class would have been faster!
Come on BlackBerry!!!

I ordered the vip blackberry passport as well - on Saturday morning 10/4/14 and I received my first email and then my second email but no shipping confirmation. United States. Discount applied. Hopefully they still honor it. I'm sending my iPhone 6 back for this phone, but if they cancel my order like someone else claimed , then I may just keep this phone...

When did you place your order? I ordered on Launch day, CC has been charged (says pending), was confirmed I was on the B/O list and assured it would ship today the 6TH.... nothing yet I figured if there was a problem with my order, they would have said something.....

I also ordered on launch date and got email on Friday saying it has been shipped by FEDEX and would arrive Monday. It came on Monday but unfortunately I am out of town and will have to wait to be able to play with it. I had paid for overnight shipment priority but it appears FEDEX does not do residental delivery on Saturday. I sent email to webhelp as posted in another thread. I asked for the promotional discount that was being given out over the weekend. I received reply that my request had been sent to the "escalation desk" for consideration and I would receive reply in one to 3 business days. I believe all launch day purchasers who were back ordered should receive some compensation for BB not being prepared for high demand on day 1.

Well October 6th came and left and no shipping info, I ordered on launch date, while it was still in stock from shopblackberry Canada, payed $822 with the price of shipping and tax, and I can't even get a reply as to when it will be shipping. While everyone else got 15-25% the past few days and have already received shipping notifications while also ordering the VIP edition. Good job ShopBlackBerry !

If you don't get a reply after 2 days call back. I was also promised an email but didn't receive. I called DR TODAY and he saw where I was credited $100. He stated I would not receive an email nor could he forward me what he was reading from but advised me to check my credit card statement for the adjustment. I did and there was my $100 returned to me. I am US, order regular (non VIP) on 10/3, originally paid $599, no tax, no shipping fee, item is at FedEx In Atl and will get tomorrow. Live just outside of the ATL.

Well, I am fresh back from the Fed Ex depot here in Winnipeg and I am the proud new owner of a Blackberry Passport ...ahem ... hardshell complete with screen protectors.

I will have to now wait before I can accessorize it with some cool bling that of the likes of say an SQW perhaps.

I know this will dress my hardshell up just nicely. Yeah that's right, the passport is the accessory.

I have now joined in the search for Batman-esque stealth switch on the passport to see if i may counter it. True Blackberry security, I love it!

Now, stay tuned to the same blackberry thread @ the same blackberry time for live or recorded updates.

It's now October 8th, no shipping confirmation, and their website still says Boxed Shipment. Starting into the 3rd week now. I hope I get them before the Passport 2 comes out.

Did you order from the US site? Because I ordered mine on the 24th as well and got mine on Monday the 6th . I also ordered with overnight shipping and it shipped out on Friday the 3rd.
