first time posting. I currently use a Z10 and love it. The passport should arrive next week. Now to my point, today I had to comment the passport review of an ***** journalist on youtube who said there is no apps for Instagram ect . We love our devices and are convinced through usage that they are the best, but we must take time and comment on the idiotic review of some of these so called experts.

They wouldn't let me cancel because my order was ready to be shipped, but it's been over 24 hours now and it still hasn't been shipped.... never again shopblackberry... never again...

However I did receive a call from Visa Security about my order and wasn't able to call them back and let them proceed with payment until 8pm that day... perhaps this is why I'm in limbo it seems most people got tracking info 24 hours or so after placing the order.

Mine was denied a few times too. But when they called I told them it was me and to stop blocking my purchases lol. The next time I tried it worked and everything was straightforward.

I ordered around 11:30 (toronto canada) so almost the same as you. I honestly don't mind if I get it next Thursday, I just don't want to be getting it 2 weeks from now...

Yeah when I ordered online with no option for over night I was assuming 3-5 business days when I placed the order. It's nice to hear at least that once people (even Canadians) receive the tracking number it seems to be arriving the next day. If I get mine on or before October 1st I'll be happy.

Regretting not going the Telus route I was tempted but when I bought my Q10 and Z30 outright no one wanted to sell it to me off contract right away... so I was assuming that would be the same.

Yeah... unfortunately I'm with Rogers, and it took them 2 weeks to ship me my z10 when it came out so I tried the more direct route... big mistake lol

It would be nice if they gave us a rough ETA. Even if they say "between October 1st and October 3rd" at least I know what to expect...

Try entering the info on a computer. For some reason my order number and password don't work on mobile (tried with both desktop mode on and off) but it shows up when I use a computer. Hope that helps!

Edit: however going to "https://store.shopblackberry.com/store?Action=DisplayCustomerServiceOrderSearchPage &Env=BASE&Locale=en_US&SiteID=bbrryus&en_US=&theme ID=32403100" on your phone it give you your invoice there. Don't know how accurate it is though because I got a back-order email and it still says "boxed shipment" on my invoice.

Finally!!!!

I just got up and it's 4:30 in the AM here and checked my email and there it was, my shipping confirmation that my new passport is on its way and will be here today.

All the frustration of calling Digital River has left my body, I shouldn't have to have went through all of that in the first place. The folks up there in Waterloo need to fix this ASAP.

Now as soon as I get the new toy and fire it up. I can do my review of the device for the nice folks on this great site. Then I can return my new iPhone 6 to the Apple Store for a refund.

I just received the following email from unlocked-mobiles.com. Sounds like they're being nagged! They indicated when I ordered that the device would be shipped sometime today, although annoyingly they don't offer the option of Saturday delivery, so even best case, I'm waiting until Monday. FML
