Got that but since the notification email received for the shipment i do have listed on the website also the FedEX tracking number.

I ordered from shopblackberry.com near the end of the live announcement, then found out that amazon was stocking them, so I ordered another one from amazon. Turns out that shopblackberry.com got it shipped the same day and it's at FedEx waiting for pickup right now. I canceled the amazon order (and they're back ordered, so who knows if the device would have gotten shipped as predicted anyway). Shopblackberry.com managed to do something right for once...

I ordered mine a bit late yesterday too (at about 4pm Eastern Time), order has been charged to my card but still this morning says boxed shipment and no tracking.

I just hope they didn't just continue receiving and charging orders while knowing they ran out of stock .... I'd be very pissed if this is the case just to get our money tied up and forced to wait for their backorders to come in....

I seen a few people ask what 'boxed shipment' meant, but didn't see response. My assumption is that it is available physically at Digital River and reserved for you and processing the order.

I ordered mine at about 7:30P yesterday from Canada and not sure if it had the backordered comment, but there was no issue with still making an order. I checked afterwards and it was still allowing orders for a while even though backordered till Oct. 6 or later. This morning I check and you can't even make an order.

Here's hoping I have one reserved and a complete miracle that it arrives by end of tomorrow (I know 0.000001% possibility).

I have an iPhone 6 Plus on it's way to me now and the plan is to return or sell for a little profit as I have changed my mind and love the idea behind this new BB form factor!

I'm in southern Ontario, ordered mine around 11:25am, received my confirmation email by 11:49am yesterday, however it also still says "Boxed Shipment". I have not received any tracking number yet either. It's 10:30am now (23 hours later), so I'm hoping to get something today. I'm fine with delivery tomorrow, just as long as it doesn't get delayed until Monday. I'd REALLY like to play with it over the weekend. If it's not delivered by Friday, it will be a very long weekend.
