My Passport came with a 1.3A charger

What happens when I use every time a samsung 2.0A , 10W charger??

    Unfortunately I am no electrician!

    Hi

    Ok! Thanks

But then my question is why BlackBerry is not sending out the phone with a 2A charger??? I think it is not, that they want that BlackBerry wants to waste my time with longer charging.

In general, charging faster means more heat and more degradation of the battery.
If you are going to charge your phone overnight, most of the time. It's best to keep a moderate charging speed to extend the life of the battery.

Charger loads differ with the size of battery used with the device. Although higher load chargers can be used with lithium ion batteries, make sure you ONLY use BlackBerry chargers as they have need tested to work and not reduce the integrity of lithium ion batteries.

It diminishes battery life, that's a fact, but on the long run.

You are likely to get another phone before you see a noticeable decrease in battery life.
