My Passport died during SW Update. The problem is, that I tries to load a wrong software version. Now there is no way to operate the passport ( no touchscreen and no keyboard input possible). Also PC doesn�t regognize the passport , there�s definitely nothing I can do... Any ideas out there? Please help...

I live in Austria and own an open passport (no provider). I couldn�t wait for 10.3.2 and tried to load SW via Sachesi, but obviously managed to choose the right version. When I tried to fix this with the correct SW, everything went wrong. As discribed there is no input via screen or keyboard possible. Blackberry Link says "Connected", but noc communication possible....
You still haven't described what you actually did, but if you were playing around with Sachesi, it sounds like you may have updated the core OS and the radio, but did not install all of the apps.
You should have extracted all of the apps from the debrick file, and then put those apps, along with the core and the radio in one file folder, and then drag that folder into Sachesi.
Either try to do it again correctly, or if things are really buggered, then run the 10.3.2.2339 autoloader - download, unzip, plug in phone, run.

Just get the large file. The two small ones are not required.
I remind you that when you use an autoloader, it will wipe your device back to factory settings.

My bricked pp was not accepting this process. It came back to the screen that is still saying anti theft protection is on? What shud I do? Thx

Mine last 2 days :) what I did was accidentally deleted my bbim, then recreated it by using the same email address, I also did not recall at all when and why the anti theft protection was on and how as I was playing with the device without reading properly or anything else, then the vendor that I bought this device from did factory reset it and it won't accept any password input ever since. I tried to do the autoload but it did not go out of the anti theft warning page that requires me to put password again and again!

^^^what he said! Try to re-install the os core and that will install all the files. But unclick install newer files only! That way you are sure to get all the missing files!
