Is there a way to show the icons on my home screen instead of swiping to the left?

I know it's only a small thing...

BTW, I switched back to the BB Passport after a few months with a Samsung S5... It's nice to have a cell phone that is a tool and not a toy again. That and the BB Bluetooth integration works great on my car.

Great! The blank screen just wasn't making aesthetic sense.
It is much nicer to see the icons.
Is there a way to show come kind of Weather Widget or Something? Seems like there should be a big colorful Hub Widget.

Isn't it ace that we are all so different. I love having the wallpaper screen without anything on as it gives it a clean uncluttered look and allows me to actually see the picture I've chosen rather than have it 70% obscured by widgets and the like , to me swiping to the icons its like pressing the menu button on an android etc.

Yep everyone uses it very very differently...

You can try home screen++ which does a great job of utilizing some of this space.

Open the weather app and leave the active frame open doesn't use much battery
