    Even though I can't go into detail about my individual out come. One thing I can say is BlackBerry does have awesome, friendly, professional customer service. Willing to go above and beyond.

    Just need to share, credits deserved where credits earned. And they most definitely earned it here.

    It really is the best in the business. I had them helping me with some Outlook email crap that turned out to be of course a MS issue and my computer. I was very very impressed with the troubleshooting, professionalism and the follow ups they gave me. Made it clear that the problem was on my machine and I wasn't thinking that was possible at first.

    They also impressed the hell out of me with a Playbook repair when I got too much cleaner in a spear and fried it. Guess what, they fixed it no charge and really didn't have to.
