This is the cheapest I have seen so far. This is for a new phone!!!
    With QWERTZ keyboard.

There's a reason the price is dropping. Because of EOL announcement, the little demand the phone had is going down. Even diehards aren't into wasting cash.

The BlackBerry Passport should be noted as one of the most underrated and misunderstood machines of this computing era. It's demise is both a shame and unfortunate.

It will definitely get a place in the Washington Smithsonian Art Museum.

I will probably buy one more, just for the hell of it.

No it won’t. The Blackberry 2way Pager might, and maybe the Bold 9900, but the Passport is a technological footnote, historically speaking.

I loved the passport when it came out. It's a shame it never caught on but I knew it wouldn't. I'm on to a keyone now and this is far superior to the passport in every way

At this point a new in the box Silver Passport is more a collectible than a device someone would use..... $300 is a good price for a new one, that's usually the used price.

Sad thing is you could put a Classic in a display case and most Museum goers would think it was a phone from the early days of smartphones.

If it wasn't QWERTZ I'd grab two just to have them for future use! Thinking for a change from the White and thinking of a SE, but for now I'm very happy with my White Passport!

tcl should look again at this physical form.
it had a nibble at the tablet market .which no other phone attached device I do not think has so far done.
an Android version with PKB and TB mouse could be an economic seller.

Because Apple, Microsoft and Amazon own the tablet market....

And most tablets come with a normal keyboard, with a touchscreen (no mouse needed).

No it isn't. I have both.

Head into a low signal area. Attempt to make a call with the keyone. Then make the same crystal clear call with the passport. Big difference. Passport wins.

Depends on how long it will remain a SMARTphone, with the OS dying

Since as far as I know, production of those ended a while back used or refurbished are probably your only options. Online like amazon or maybe another major electronic retailer may have some in stock.

I brought mine into my class to teach children about changing technology in the past 10 years as part of a 3d printing lesson. According to a bunch of 12 year Olds it's stupid looking and "looks like an old man phone". It was my daily phone at the time. Way to make me feel like an old man.
