    3 days ago I installed last update on my Passport, ever since that happened the upper right corner of my Passport it's getting unusually hotter when I'm using FB or on youtube watching videos, and the battery consumption it's way more than before!

    give it a few more to settle in. Both my Passports have better battery life after the update

    Hi there,

    I had the same issues described i.e. unusual battery drain and the back top right of my passport heating up.

    I could not even play songs from my phone.. I then uninstalled Face10 as suggested in another thread and that was resolved but I'm not saying that was the reason..it helped though .. its scary to see the battery level drop by 2 percentage points.

    Hope it's temporary and things will work out the way it's meant to! :-)

    Change your passport then Hard boot your device and see if it makes a difference

    Excuse my ignorance, I have the same issue after that upgrade, I do not have Face10 installed, but the Facebook application that came installed on the phone. What is a "Hard Boot"?

    Hold the power button down for about 12 seconds until you see the red led flash, then let go.
