The most popular smartphone seller in Pakistan is now offering the Passport for around 115,000 Rs.



Priced quite heavy. But these are unlocked phones.

Am I evil to hope that no one here buys the Passport, and the store eventually has to get rid of stock at low prices in about a year or two?

I haven't seen anyone crazy about BlackBerry here. Specially BB10 devices.
Comments like "I'd rather buy a Note 4/iPhone 6 for that price" would be commonplace.

Homeshopping always skims the market initially, I am assuming the prices will drop to 75k in two weeks or so.

Edit: Btw, they have the worst SEO ever?
I was searching for it, and this never showed up and it's not like I don't know how to search.

Well a fortnight back I got informed by United Mobile outlet at Bahadurabad, Karachi, that its available for Rs.97,000/- which is still quite pricey. Will wait for few more months and if I am lucky enough then will get one in White InShaAllah.

Well from shophive you can get it for Rs. 85,000 and it says they have it in stock.

I don't think Shophive would be a good idea atm as it's w/o an official warranty and given the screen lifting issue, etc. it's best to wait.
