Ok so i used the passport headphones for the first time for a skype video call. Post this i noticed that all alerts for text, calls sound much lower at FULL volume. 100% volume sounds like 65% at best now.

I dont hear the lound punchy effect of the twin speakers of the passport anymore. I'm on 10.3.2.2339 from the beta zone.

Also i cant seem to launch the bug reporter app upon holding the volume up and down keys for three seconds. It switches off my passport sometimes and rest of the times nothing happens.

The volume toggle bar behaves glitchy too now... sometimes makes an alert and sometimes does not while trying to set the volume level.

Need an opinion before i go in for a security wipe. My device is in perfect condition. No hardware damage at all.

Please help.
