We all know that there are advatages to a normal widescreen when watching video. That much is obvious.
We also have seen BlackBerry demonstrate spreadsheets being more useful on the square screen.
So, what I am wanting to discuss, what uses are best for which type of screen and why?

A lot of what makes the 1:1 ratio screen on the Passport so useful is it also has 1440x1440 resolution... I think this is going to be a fairly complicated discussion when you take into account resolutions, which you have to.

None the less! I find emails, web pages, any kind of document reading/ viewing to be better than a 16:9 ratio, especially if its originally come from a PC

Documents, communications, tech utilities, and financial apps seem to be best on the Passport. At least for me.

Video or anything frivolous? I still use my Xperia Tablet. It's a larger screen which makes full use out of available real-estate for fun and games. The Passport outperforms it in all other aspects. At least the ones I use.

Oh. I should add; books on my Passport, but magazines still don't display well there. Those go to the tablet.

The web browser for sure. Reading is a pleasure on the Passport.
