So far only has ART 5.0, no fingerprint scanner, Lithuanian with too many incorrect spellings and disclosures that you're accepting Google's TOS if you download so basically 10.3.3 is Lollipop ;-)

The fact that only a couple of 10.3.3 builds have shown up on the BlackBerry servers in the last few weeks would suggest BlackBerry is just waiting. Waiting for NIAP to complete certification most likely.

Have to kinda wonder what customers wanted this NIAP certification. If they were US based (NIAP seems to be a US certification), then really for BlackBerry to come out and say they have gotten the certification... they will have needed to work with both AT&T and Verizon so that they release the NIAP certified version to their customers... or it won't really matter all that much.

Maybe they got that certification at the end of June as Chen indicated they would, and US Carriers said it takes them six weeks to test and certify an OS for release.... thus August is the "expected" time that it should be available. That's IF it passes Verizon and AT&T quality control test...

Sprint I doubt would bother, but maybe T-Mobile will release it too.... (not sure what happened to their relationship this last time).

Also don't belive that BB10 passed the first test... I expect BlackBerry had to make some minor changes and resubmit. Carrier's wouldn't keep testing until they had gotten the certification. But that's just wild speculation....

How many here in this thread actually really need NIAP certification on their bb10 device? If not, you're typing and crying for nothing as that's pretty much the main difference between 10.3.2 and 10.3.3.
