    I've done a search and can not come up with any thread for this issue.

    But having an intermittent problem where over 90% of the screen becomes unresponsive to touch and the only way to fix it is a power cycle.

    During this partial freeze, the phone works perfectly fine.
    But only the very edge of the screen is responsive to touch.
    The majority center of the phone will not responded to touch.

    Anyone else run across this?
    Have you found a solution?

    Sound like a Bug. Try Reloading the OS using BBlink.

    I have tried reload. And did not reinstall from the back up.

    If you have the back up, wipe the device then reload , make sure link is up to date

    Everything is up to date. As far as the stock software will allow me.

    Happens to me too. Need to reboot. Never happened with my Z30. Hoping the next system update will fix.

    It's at random.
    Mostly after phone calls.
    I'm hoping I can install the update soon. Keep checking, but won't update.

    I reloaded the OS.
    But I didn't use my back up to reinstall any apps and such.
    Just to make sure I wasn't bringing anything corrupt back into the device from the back up.

    I had this on the current att OS and it was very rare. I'm on 2514 now and that problem is gone. For sure seems to be attached to the phone app.
