    Is anyone using an outlook.com mail address and is also having difficulties with the synchronization between mails and calendar events?

    Use outlook.com for calendar, emails, contacts and tasks. All sync perfectly. What is the issue and what OS are you on?

    It is synching partially... I am using a Passport, Q10 and an ipad... A few weeks ago everything worked just perfectly but now I can't really rely on the calendar. I am using the latest OS versions 10.3.1.1779...

    Microsoft support wasn't helpful...

    I switched not long ago to Outlook for mail, calender and contacts. Calender syncing works fine for me with one exception. When I delete an event in the past on my Passport is doesn't get deleted in Outlook 2013 or on the web site. Email and contacts no problems so far.

    I have to agree with you. Outlook.com worked perfect but it started to have some hiccups. Usually I set my calendar on the Q10 and sometimes when I check my calendar on my PlayBook I cannot find all the entries. I have to go back on my phone delete the appointment and reintroduce it and then is appearing on the playbook. If I just hit refresh on the playbook calendar I don't get that appointment to show. Contacts seems to synchronize well.

    So there are some guys having problems with the calendar only!?!

    Are you using multiple calendars? I myself have four sub-calendars.

    Sync on the passport and using O365(which is the same as outlook.com) works flawlessly.

    I only use one calendar. I can only suggest, assuming you recently updated to .1779 and that the problem started after this, that you remove the account from the device and set is up as new. Let it then resync everything and see if that might work.

    No, it started before I updated. And I already reinstalled the account... didn't help!

    I am also using another mail account, that's also based on Microsoft Exchange. And this account works just fine!

    Puzzling. So, I assume that you're not getting emails on the device, though they are coming into outlook.com. correct? As to calendar entries, does the problem exist both ways? (i.e., entries set on the device don't appear elsewhere and entries set elsewhere, don't appear on the device). Is this all the time, or only sometimes?

    I have this problem.
    I have my outlook.com account linked to my Z10 and Playbook. Calendar entries made on my Z10 sync to my outlook.com calendar, but sometimes not to my Playbook. Calendar entries made on my Playbook sync with my outlook.com calendar and then on to my Z10.
    This was happening before I updated to .1779

    I'm having a similar problem on my devices (Passport, Classic and Z30 each on a different OS).

    Emails are coming through no problem, but I'm only getting one-way sync on calendar entries. If I create a new calendar entry on a device, it won't sync to Outlook.com (and consequently doesn't sync to the other devices). But if I create the calendar entry directly on outlook.com it syncs down to the devices.

    I've tried unistalling and reinstalling the outlook account and I've also tried the advanced setup configuration options given on the outlook website, but the situation is always the same.

    What's strange is that until about a month ago everything was working perfectly, and I haven't changed the OS on any of the devices recently.

    Same here!!!! So this is for sure an issue with outlook.com and not BlackBerry!

    How can you solve it? A third party app? Or is there an alternative to outlook.com?

    Did you check the outlook.com online, in the settings if there is sth like allow push or so?

    Just sent emails from my gmail to outlook and vice versa... worked.

    Have you activated the double authentification?? Me: yes and works!

    I did a wipe on my phone, reinstall the OS10.3.1.2267. Keep everything clean and setup Microsoft Outlook.com account. Tried to sync contacts and same problem. It will sync to a certain amount and contact and poof, all gone again. I tried to disable and enable contact sync numerous time but still can't get it to work

    What could be the problem?

    For the contact syn issue, when you're in the contact app, swipe down from top and select settings, is the outlook.com account toggled to on?
