I end up deleted it and re-sign in.
    Any idea?
    Thanks

Rebooting would not suddenly make any app you have not work. It's not like you're doing a factory reset or something.

Reboot and restart are basically the same thing.

Hold both volume buttons down and keep holding while the screen goes off, comes back with the BlackBerry name, and then let go once the BlackBerry logo with the progress squircle shows up. You could be holding those buttons a little more than half a minute.

If you hold the lock button until you get the off, restart or cancel option, and chose restart, the same thing happens and takes the exact same amount of time to do what it does. Some around here think there's a difference, but I've found absolutely no difference.

What email server has it connected you with, and which account is newer? In any case you can try switching them.
