I don't think they will allow current users to change platforms, but maybe we will see the Oslo released with Android?

And since they are unlikely to make any more BB10 phones, that would be a pretty good assumption, as long as the Priv is considered a success. The Oslo Android rumours go back to at least June.

Oslo? Isn't the Oslo the Passport SE? No one has said anything about Android being available for any version of the Passport.

Your are right. I mixed it up with a rumored all touch Android device.

Must have been thus one from Dylogical about a month ago: Dylogical - Android Fears & The Minds Of The Unaware

"Whats in store? Well, its pretty mixed from what I hear. BlackBerry 10 is anticipated to stay in the works, with Android making up for the lost enterprise and consumer side of BlackBerrys hardware sales. Late next year, we can expect the Passport 2 and an all-touch Android device in the earlier half of the year. Thats all thats planned at the moment; contingent on plans not changing (to be fair, its harder to panic when you know whats around the corner)."

The BlackBerry Passport SE was actually code named Dallas. There was a silver Passport running Android that people said was the Oslo.

So I am thinking that originally BlackBerry was going Android route with the Oslo but due to some glitch with Android timing was wrong. So they got all gears running recode named it Dallas and released as the SE.

I'm wondering if when BlackBerry made the decision to produce an Android device, they first used the Passport as a test platform, before the slider hardware was available.

There was also the rumored BlackBerry Prague, a low end all touch Android device:
