I didn't get an email with the tracking number. But I checked my order status on findmyorder.com

EDIT: I just saw that I did get a confirmation email.

Wednesday at 2:30.

Got my order acknowledgment around 3:20

Realized around 4:00 or so that my ship to zip code was wrong. It was the same as my bill to. Ugh so I called and talked to a couple CSR's and they verified that it would be changed. The order verification page never changed.

My credit card was charged Wednesday around 6:30.

I called today when I did not see any changes to my order. IE zip code, back order, nothing.

The CSR this afternoon even initially said that my order shipped and the tracking number was on the box so I will get it when I get the box. Yes that is what he said.

He then told me it was back ordered. Shipping on Oct 6th and that my credit card would be credited.

Maybe the people canceling and going to Amazon freed up some stock.

Oh, you're American. I haven't heard of anyone from Canada getting their Passports yet. Canadians love a comeback, but apparently don't love their items shipping in 48hrs.

Just got confirmation that it's coming today does anybody know how accurate these shipping windows are? Mine says 5pm as well. Hopefully that means "by 5pm" so I have more time with it.

Mines been "on the truck" delivering locally since noon (5pm target delivery time) far longer than any other leg of it's journey to me. When I saw it arrived in my town at 10am I was like "sweet I'll get it early for sure" but nope.
