Still waiting for my shipping information, ordered it yesterday morning. Still says "boxed ship" on the status screen.

Probably lied about available stock and I will probably get an email about it being back ordered which will really **** me off.

No excuse to have to wait this long and no one in customer service seems to have a clue, same old rehearsed statement from folks who barely speak English.

No a good sign for the amount of time they have had to get this right?

Don't worry you ARE competent... It is only for USA... in the app it says State/Province but when you go on their website it is only State... Also, country is locked to USA... went to .ca website and the program doesn't exist..

I got a call from fedex with the tracking number. Delivery will be tomorrow morning. No email.

I am going to guess that I ordered after an unnamed order cut off date.

My card was charged last night around 6:30.

I called the BB Store.

I asked for a tracking number and I kid you not he said that he sees that my order was shipped and the tracking number is with the package.

So I says- if the tracking number is on the box by the time I can read what the tracking number is it will be pointless since what I want to track would be sitting in my hand.

Then he puts me on hold to check further and I come to find out that my order is on back order and you card will be charged when it is shipped which is Oct 6th. SOAB

He said my credit card would be refunded until Oct. 6th.


Still no email on any of this.

Anyone else order late yesterday afternoon? Did you get it or not? Any updates. And of course I am going out of town on the 6th so yeah a whole week that the phone will be sitting in a box on my desk.
