Three days ago, I got a notification from Orange saying the Passport was available. Today, it's sold out. how many did they get ? I can't imagine the volume beeing high : I would have seen one wild at least.

They are sold out pretty much everywhere (back/out of stock sporadically) but I'd presume Orange favoritized the Enterprise fleets, so that the consumer site didn't get much volume ... (just a guess though).

Digital River (shopblackberry) only got 2000 in one shipment and I would think it is one of the main purchasing points for the Passport. So I would imagine that Orange France would be less than that. Of course sometimes it depends on if they have to distribute it to stores or have backorders to fill. Supply seems to be catching up... so hopefully the next go around you will be successful.

I'm lucky! I bought one last Monday at Orange. When I installed SIM, the mobile was unlocked. Cool! I love it.
