    Hang- ON

Maybe Crackberry Can Hook us up see if they can deliver the phone off contract to AUS?

I believe they are the same phones globally so should not make a difference.

I saw a BlackBerry Z30 on display in Telstra in Brisbane last week, for $465 outright. Surprised to see it there, & a little annoyed as I paid $620 for mine back in April

Not bad Baruugh. I see one of them on display in the Telstra store here in Bowral, but if their website doesn't reflect what they have in store, there's something seriously wrong there indeed.

I wonder if I should put my CV in for the GM of BlackBerry Australia job?

Did anyone in Aus end up getting theirs from Amazon? I am thinking of ordering from there, however unsure if they will ship here.

Personal Digital didn't happen to say why there is a $45 difference between white and black did they?

Hi no I did not ask as I was only after the black one. I have noticed the black one on their site is now $815 so it has increased slightly. I got the impression when I spoke to them today (as a follow up to my order) that they have more stock arriving. You will need to order online and pay 10% deposit to confirm order. You can't just turn up there and pay without an online order. I will let u know what happens after Tuesday but seems they are keen to stock more based on demand.

Got mine Friday. Very fast shipping with dhl and no import charges. Love it so far still adjusting to the keyboard. Screen, battery and speed is great!

Expensive! I went the shopbb route. Got one of the mods here to be my go between.

477.33 for the pp to chicago, 130 for FedEx to NZ, about the same for GST. Only about a 2 week wait. Let's hope DR honour the code they had last night.

I picked my order up today from their Sydney office. I asked them if they were importing any more - they said if there is demand.

I presume at this stage I am one of the few with a Passport in Aust.

I got the impression that perhaps there is no stock available. Best to place an order on their website and then call asking about when shipments are next due.

It is worth every $ this Passport. I only wish they had it available in the retail stores because it is a real looker.

I'm still waiting for a response from BlackBerry Aus and Optus Business to determine what's going on. BlackBerry are adamant that Optus should be taking Pre orders, but Optus deny any knowledge.

BlackBerry said mid October for Telstra, but who knows. Not sure whether BlackBerry Aus have much of a clue.

So they are 1 week behind at the least, which is pretty poor form from them. I went into an optus store today, said they were not getting it (not that it matters what they say). I wonder if this is through Optus Business? I can't see any indication on that link that is is through that channel.

I was also told it was through Optus Business by BlackBerry.
