You just proved the pricing strategy correct. You paid 44500 for a Z10!! A Passport blows a Z10 out of the water. It looks like BlackBerry did the right thing on pricing.. especially since they have pre-manufactured so few.. Like the z30 It'll come down a bit but not if you want to be one of the first...

Sorry but I think that offer is gone

Saw it till yesterday :o
If you are talking about amazon gift card and JP miles then it's still there.

How is amazon.in doing now with Passport?
... Are stores in India now stocked with Passports?
Thanks...

Amazon.in has it in stock. Not sure about the stores. It has a rating of 4.2 out of 5 which is very good. So hoping this time it doesn't go out of stock but sells well just like last time :)
Guys help me I can't find that amazon offer on passport, it's simply not written there or I will get the 5000 gift card after purchase? Can anyone confirm it?

Thank you so much I was using Mobile page so wasn't able to see it

Difficult to tell if it's doing well on Amazon. It's on the top 50 best seller in smart phones category and 200 in electronics.
Stores are slowly getting replenished in the last day or so. There were about 4000 units delivered to India since beginning of November

Any update on the number of units sold in India/worldwide?

Kind of surprised with the nexus pricing. Was expecting it to be more expensive since it has the same price as an iPhone 6 (649$) and the iPhone sells for 53,500. Was expecting the nexus to be around 50,000 but 44000 is surprising!
The Passport was in stock in Croma stores in India a few days ago. Guess what? They sold out all of the phones they had in stock. Amazing.
Wow! That's very good to hear.

There is one available at most of mobile stores in delhi
The guy at clear-coat store at select city walk said that he had almost 45 passports he has coated since its launch here..
It's interesting to note that Amazon has had almost continuous stock since the launch. They only ran out for a bit in between but the stock got replenished quickly.
Yet most stores in Bombay do not have stock.
Wonder what BB is up to!
I tried passport at Croma store today pretty much impressed but with keyboard I wasn't comfortable as this will be my first physical keyboard...not so sure if I will be comfortable with keyboard!

It's something that u r not used to, so it will definitely take time. But with all the swipe gestures that the keyboard supports I feel you will pick it up very well.

Agreed. I almost sold my passport after using for 10 days. But after using iPhone for few hours I realised it's not worth and now I am loving it even more.

Great to hear that :)

Hey guys I have a question,my friend is coming to india from US,if there is any problem if I bought unlocked passport from US on amazon or shop BlackBerry like if I get updates late or is there any problems to use an unlocked passport from US to india?
Posted via CB10
No problem at all. You won't get warranty but everything else will be the same.
I've even heard the Passport is available in the grey market for ~ Rs. 40 K so that might be an option as well.
