It's probably stretching the image, the passport has a big screen with a pretty high resolution.

Have you tried the version from beta zone?

Install the "beta zone" app from BlackBerry world

OS 10.3.1.1151: destructive 821 > upg 800 > upg 938 > delta 1016 > upg 10.3.1.1151

I'm on the Z10 and the pics load there the same...I don't believe it's the phone but the app itself.
