You can type with the passport with one hand if needed. You just need to rotate the phone a bit to reach the other edge.

I get that one-handed use is a concern about the Passport. I'd like to think that it will be possible with a little adaptation.

I'll admit, I'm a bigger guy with big hands, so I'll have an easier time than most.

I've been using a Note2 since its release. It isn't a one hand using phone. I think as phones got bigger users got used to having to use two hands, one to hold the phone and one to type. Even with Swype I can't type with the hand that is holding the Note2. I don't expect anything different (in that aspect) when I get Passport...which I hope will be sooner than later.
