On a BlackBerry passport. Cannot connect to Onedrive with the native and android app after entering my login credentials. It just says error try again later. Tried redownloading the app and everything. Please help

Don't worry, you're not the only one. The app has been acting up for a couple of weeks now. For now, just access it in a web browser. Hopefully the developers will fix this soon.

Yep I had the same problem with mine up until last week. Would not work on the old official os but started working after the update. But many still have the problem. I have been using the native app in bbw called PlayCloud myself. You might check it out, it's a great one drive and file manager app.

Are you guys on 10.3 or 10.3.1? I couldn't connect to One drive yesterday, but once I updated the app, it works fine now.

Delete, restart device, reinstall app. I had the same issue and that fixed it.
