which one do I need ...? I have a SanDisc 64gb class10 microSDHC in there now, but I see a really good deal on a Kingston128gb class10 TF card in the micro size ...will it work or do I need the microSDHC specifically?

Also, if I get it, can I literally copy everything as it is from the 64 to the 128 in the same format just like that, or will I have misery?

If it is compatible I don't see what the problem would be it's just data from one place to another

They are all the same, SD, SDHC, TF, T Flash, Trans Flash, it's a matter of technology, transfer speed and size. The one for smartphones is the micro-SD family. The important thing now a days is the transfer speed as most new devices can read all of them such as the Passport, look for U1 or U3 symbol and get the one with the highest data transfer speed.

Let the format as is, it should be exFAT. Just copy the data to it, you can use a program like Unstoppable Copier for it. Here is the link, use the stand alone version. http://www.roadkil.net/program.php?P...2&Installer=NO

    TransFlash is MicroSD.

TransFlash was the actual name before approval into the SD standard to become MicroSD. The very first company to use it was Motorola and they proposed to have it embedded. Funny enough this was in the mid.to.late 90's before the first RAZR phone debuted.

now you mentioned the dreaded word ...RAZR ...I have that phone...the only device I have ever held that evoked a real emotional impact ...it was gorgeous !! ...following that, I had a motorola a3100 windows mobile resistive touchscreen ...it was a really good device, but sadly not any good for making calls ...then I had the HP Pre 3 which was great, but spelled the end for Palm, one of the most creative lines ever... now I have the Passport, & 5 months into it I am still unsure of how I "feel" about it...

Agree. Look for U1 or U3 class label. After using these two latest class I can't go back to class 10 because there's is a big difference in read and write speed. Also if you're in the market to buy a MicroSD, you need to make sure it's authentic. Over 90% of the cards sold online are fake or not as advertised.
