Once you go Black and wide...
Today is the first day that I'm using my Z30 again in a week since I forgot my Passport at home.
Lucky me had the Z30 in my laptop bag, gathering dust for over a week and I have been using it today all the time.
I cannot get used to the long screen and thought that I would be enjoying to flick type with one hand again.
Unfortunately the Passport has allowed me to read through news articles, emails and CB much faster and easier. Having the PKB made typing on the go much more comfortable and faster than hand and flicking the words.
Luckily I will be at home in a few hours and able to use my trusted square companion once again.
Who knew that such a "ridiculous" design that doesn't allow you to use it with one hand could be so amazing and make the candy bar form factor seem so inadequate and tedious to use?
I don't even want to imagine how hard it must be to type on an iPhone or Android device....
At least I will be able to enjoy watching a nice film on the big screen on my commute home. It's pretty much the only thing I truly appreciate over the Passport.
Did anyone of you have the same experience?
Would you switch to another form factor after truly getting used to the square screen and perfect size?
