So I was browsing the Web and listening to music don't know if that matters but I got a text so I started replying to it through the top quick reply thing then mid way I decided to swipe to the hub but I don't think I clicked on the little x before and then started typing there well it went haywire and I think it shot itself in the face, froze up for a long time. So I restarted the phone that didn't work, turned off the phone that didn't work and then did a hard rest which kinda worked but it still really super laggy. Conversation goes black for 10 seconds or so when I open up the text. Then when I start typing it'll start then stop and catch up like 10 seconds later. It's also taking awhile to send them now. I don't know if any of that makes sense but I'd like some help please

try restarting the Hub, open it and swipe from top right(near camera), down and to the left 5 times. see if that fixes it.

The so-called 'soft reset' (i.e. pushing the volume up and down at the same time until the phone restarts) should do the trick if it is only 'hiccup'...

Otherwise, your OS maybe somehow corrupted with those accidental command combinations that you made, and the only way to fix it is to reload the latest official OS...

A nice hint. Tried it out just to see what happens. Indeed the Hub restarted itself. Didn't know that. Thanks.

You're welcome. They posted that tip almost right after  10 launch and I doubt it's been seen since
