My Priv is very hard to charge. I have to maneuver the port and cable perfectly for it to start charging, and it takes a few hours to fully charge.

my OG passport and silver edition are still working brilliantly. No problems at all

I'm very impressed with the Passport SE. Is now two years old and the battery is better than ever with the last update. No android apps except a Cad viewer.

The original Passport is 3 year olds already so it's about time the battery gives up. Look for a new battery on eBay or think of a new phone.

Hi, rather than go through the battery replacement (I watched a YT video on how to replace that, forget it!), if you want to know a way that you can try to recover your phone easily, I just posted a thread about how I did it within an hour and it's back to factory settings. https://forums.crackberry.com/showth...1#post13085961

I watched that video too and it put me right off. If the mother board didn't need to be removed it would be a lot easier. I may still order a spare battery while I can just to have in case this one goes south. At the moment it's all good.

Does removing the board not Make it easier to remove the battery as it's stuck down with glue?

well they can be pried and peeled up...sometimes it tears the battery sheathing which is fatal to the battery, but if youre replacing it anyway who cares?

Which update version are you on?
I have an OTA update waiting for several weeks now onto 10.3.3.1435 which I had done on my Q10 and Classic and both seem to have much less battery performance...
