    FYI I just received an update for my Passport [SQW100-1] purchased from Shop BlackBerry
    Updating from 10.3.2.440 to 10.3.2.2226

    ...downloading now [73MB]

    I am starting to think there is something wrong with my phones setup. It's unlocked on tmobile in the US.

    What other factors determine when your phone gets the Ota update?
