    No problem.

You can't see the Logo with the Phone in place anyway.

I looked at your picture & played with the gamma & window but still cannot figure out what you did ...I take it the OEM dock for the passport has an insert to hold the passport straight. Is this picture with that insert removed ?? I am trying to figure out if I can put the passport in the dock with the stilgut case on it with the cover around back where it can be very flat to the back of the case adding not a lot of thickness overall... I bought an aftermarket multifunction dock off amazon which had a connector that slides forward & back but it doesn't function at all...
So, I plugged my Passport into the OEM Dock at 6:57pm with 79 percent left in the battery.
at 7:20pm I am at 92 percent. FAST!

So below is a photo at the request I placed a pad of note pad so that you could see how much space there is. But the bottom is free space. Don't how secure this is. Might be too wobbly side by side for the micro usb connector. (why break it so soon!)
So, the thickness of the post-it note was 7mm, or 1/4 of an inch.

JamieWilson...the HDMI slimport is newer than the Z10 connector. that's why they put is on the newer phone.

Just noticed the dock is now available at crackberry. I've ordered one from them as the shipping charges are cheaper from them than on shop.blackberry

There have been a couple questions, like why is this called a modular dock, will it work with classic, etc.

I ordered two, and just put the second one together for use. I noticed that the "insert" said Passport on it. I am guessing the dock itself will be standardized (PP, Classic, maybe others) , while the click in place insert will be unique to each phone. Makes sense to try some sort of standardization.

So is the 'modular' referring that the one dock can fit all phones and not that there will be other accessories for it

    Unsure as of right now.
The box which the dock came in says passport.

Right. Only the "insert" is stamped Passport, though. Not the dock itself. That's why I'm thinking the dock itself will be sold with different inserts that will make the complete product a "Passport Dock" or a "Classic Dock" etc.

Maybe we will be able to buy the different inserts if we change models so we won't have to buy a complete new charging dock.

How does the Passport sit on this dock? Wobbly? or sits with the hard case or without?

Yes, but there are no other nests available that are listed, so the Passport must sit in it 'naked' (causeless).

I have the bb pp and the stilgut case ...the stilgut folds around the back book style completely flat to the rear ...it is very thin & the back of the case is not unlike the bb pp hard case ...so the folded cover adds little in thickness to the back ...do you think, without the insert, such a thing would fit in the bb pp dock?

The hard case does not provide sufficient thickness when the nest is off so it's unstable in the OEM dock.
