have had the Passport now for several days. . .really like the physical keyboard and predictive text (for me, it's been much better than Apple's), like the big screen. Don't like the BB interface and don't like it as much as an actual phone--harder to get things done, for me. I might just be too used to iPhone. Debating on whether to send it back (I bought it from BlackBerry, directly).

congratulations! Amazing device that no doubt had an adjustment period. You will notice with 10OS how everyday tasks become so simple and how the hub keeps you on top of everything without having to continually open apps. This will grow on you. Believe me.

I think you're right. The Passport has grown on me quite a bit in the past few days--there is an adjustment period. I love the Hub, it saves me a lot of time.

Two weeks now with the Passport SE and threw away the boxes and packages - I am all in. I thought I would spend 50/50 time between my Passport and LG Android tablet but I think I turned on the LG once since using the PP SE.
The PP SE is tank, certainly a head turner, and the best communication device out there. This is my third BB product and I have found no bugs or weird stuff so far.
The square form factor makes reading easy and the responsive pkb is great, no more swiping up and down on the glass.

Just joined, have lurked here for awhile. Just switched from Verizon to AT&T (Passport) with the current promo because I come out positive $60 at the end of the day between the reimbursement and Visa card. It finally dawned on me the other day how much I hated my S6 edge. Battery life is horrible, so much bloatware, not rootable with the latest OTA update, Marshmallow is a craps shoot as to an actual release date especially with Verizon, I'm just done. I use basic social media apps, email, texts, calls and reminders/alarms. I don't play games on my phone, that's why I built a gaming PC. The only app I'm losing is Snapchat which I don't even use. By switching to AT&T with my work discount I took my bill from 120 with Verizon to 65 with AT&T and I get the phone I want. Can't wait for my Passport to show up.

After considerable deliberation I ordered a Passport SE a few days ago. It arrived today and while my Iphone disciple wife and children initially laughed at its size etc, they have been increasingly inquisitive as to what it can be used for, the ease of the keyboard and how much it cost? I'm now sitting here smugly smiling at the quality of the product and the ease with which I have managed to get it up and running. Money well spent! I may however need to lean on you Passport Veterans out there to help me get the most out of it.

I just bought mine last night on the Blackberry Website(Silver Edition). I can't wait to finally try it out. I was going to all the stores here trying to get my hands on one to see how it felt, and I was surprised by how difficult it was to find. I did finally find one place that had one on display, it was the Black one, but I liked it and felt as though I have been missing out. I wish I had bought this phone when it first came out. I have not had a BB since the Tour....so that's going back a long time.....I loved it, but the keyboard was a little small for my large hands. This phone felt perfect and I can't wait to try it out and find out all about this BB OS 10.3 I've been reading so much about.

I really believe that Blackberry is on the Verge of a huge comeback, and with devices like the Passport I am proud to be a BB owner once again

Well the unlocked Passport that I bought on next day delivery turned out to be a locked Passport that will take 4 days to get here. The old adage "If its too good..." came to mind. So that got cancelled and refunded.
But by now Im desperate for the handset, so I have just jumped in and bought it directly from Blackberry!

Try and hang on in there PenPusher. Seriously just give yourself a couple of weeks and you will be flying around BB10. It really is the most productive OS out there. You made a great choice with the Passport - enjoy :-)

I finally got my Passport! Amazon was running a "damaged box" special so I picked up a new Passport SE for $321. It is by far the most usable phone I have ever used. It almost has a "no more computer or tablet needed" feel. When I was activating it at AT&T, the two ladies there were really impressed by it. They didn't even know that they carried a Passport!
Im on AT&T also so the store employees don't mind setting the phone up for you? I have never bought a phone unlocked before.....

Well I now have my Passport! First thing I did was put some android apps on it, and then remove them all! Now BlackBerry only apps on there and that just feels right. Some things feel completely alien, some feel completely logical!

I finally got my Passport on last Friday. It's truly an amazing device! Love the physical keyboard and its touch sensitive feature. I think I can get used to its 3-row dimension, coming from a Q10 phone. I'm gonna use it as my super mini laptop when I'm not on my laptop working.

I will add my story to the correct thread.

Traded a well used, like new appearance LGG2(last bid was $140) for a new in mid Feb, factory unlocked Passport SE. Was there a sale in Feb? Seems like a lot of new buyers in the forum.
He said he was not a fan, and wanted anything else.
This is my first BB. I just wanted to check it out and felt the trade was well worth it.
Now that I have had it for a couple of weeks, we all feel I robbed this guy from Craigslist. But he offered the trade.
The BB PP SE, Is a Spectacular Device. Gonna continue to put it, and BB10, to the test while I show it off every chance I get.
I put down my new Microsoft 950XL for a little while, hoping things get better there soon.

My Z10 suffered a physical failure about a year and a half ago. With an immediate business need for a smartphone and the Passport not yet available in the US, I grabbed a Note-4 and slithered into the Android arena. Nice enough phone, but I could never warm up to the Android environment and its invasive app permission. Long story shortened, last Thursday I reached the point where I was about to throw that Note-4 out the window of my truck. Logged into Amazon and ordered a couple of unlocked Passport SE's (one for me, one for my lovely bride) and selected next day delivery. Friday morning the packages were in hand and we were smiling. The Note-4's use micro SIM cards, so we had to scoot down to the neighborhood AT&T store to have them provision a couple of nano SIM cards for us. 15 minute later we were on the air!

Both of us are sooooooo happy to be back in black... rockin' the hub, the intuitive UI, REAL multitasking, bedside mode!, and best of all apps that don't listen to every word we say in order to target us with advertisements. We love the SE's!

I am just sad that I have come to the BB OS so late, I have just purchased a Passport SE and it is fantastic. After reading all the horror stories about it can't do this and can't do that etc and misguided advice about using CalDav and CardDav for Google Calendar and Contacts. I simply added an Email, Contact and Calendar account and it worked perfectly. Hell, even my Pebble watch is working better with Talk2Watch than it did with Android. As for the Hub and Blend, amazing! My 64gb UHS Micro SD card was supported as soon as I updated the phone. Build quality is fantastic and keyboard amazing, I personally love the on screen punctuation and symbol as is keeps the hardware keyboard clean and functional. I also have had no problem downloading the Android apps that I use. I was expecting the maps app not to be up to the standard of google maps but I prefer the BB version and the voice dication.

Lets hope BB continues in the future.

Have had a Classic on my second line for almost a year. Been using iOS on primary since ~2009. Yesterday my patience with Apple and their shoddy updates was exhausted. I ordered a Passport SE on the spot and am awaiting it's arrival now. The phone's not even here yet and I'm already certain I made a solid decision.

Hoping to get my new SE Passport soon! Thanks guys for sharing the experience! It is interesting that there is a lean towards Passport over Priv (for hard-core BB, that is).
