After using a Z10 for the last two years took the plunge and ordered a Passport should get from Vodafone this Saturday. Spent hours looking at different phones from the usual suspects Apple and Samsung but in my opinion they are just standard smart phones where the Passport looks so different and I kept getting drawn back to Blackberry. Roll on Saturday looking forward to setting eyes on it, case already ordered from Amazon.
I've had my phone for over a month and not once, even in the darkest of conditions, has the keyboard lit up. That is... until tonight. I don't know what happened but all of a sudden it just started working.

Hope the Passport works for you. I decided ages ago to get one, but for various reasons didn't take the plunge until just over a week ago. When I finally purchased (and unboxed) my new Passport I was still unsure if I had made the right decision (size was the thing that made me wonder if I had bought the right device). Within hours of putting a nano-sim into the new phone I was sure that the Passport is the right phone for me. Old Q10 being posted off today to one of those 'we buy your old mobiles' companies.....
Took me a while to pull the trigger - especially after seeing the AT&T version, but couldn't wait anymore. 3 hours in... loving it (mostly). More than anything, after 2 years of a z10, its SO nice to have a keyboard again!
Just received my white Passport a few days ago and it's amazing. This is my first time using a Blackberry product. I have had iPhone 4s, 5s, Note 2,3,4, and a OnePlus One.
Got it 4 days... After a 6 year separation from BB ( I broke up for Android- lately she was getting on my nerves... I needed to Finger something lol)... it was like being reunited with a "grown up- mature" friend with benefits! I'm loving life right now!
Just got mine, I was pleasantly surprised with how well the switch went. Honestly, just browsing around on wifi with no Sim was pretty nice. Also like getting back to file views and basically having more options to configure things beyond iOS. I'm a little concerned with how it will look when I'm talking on it because I don't use bluetooth. But overall I think they got this one right. It's like a true mobile computing device with a physical keyboard and the ability to make phone calls.
My wife gave me an amazing Valentine's gift! I'm loving it to bits although i have to admit i'm facing some issues with some of the apps since i did a device switch using BB Link from my Z30 to the PP. Is anyone else having the same issues? Also when i swipe to wake my passport up with my finger, it jumps straight to password unlock. I mean no matter how lightly i swipe up just so i can view the instant previews it goes to the unlock view. I even tried without password access, it goes straight into active frames. Does anyone have similar issues? is this a software problem?
I just pick up my passport from IT here at my work. it's a work phone. They had me give back my peice of junk iPhone 4S. I just realized I can't post a picture of it as the passport is my only camera here. Does Passport come with 10.3.1 or do I have to wait like everyone else? Also, anyone got any ideas on what I should do first. IT set up my work email and that's it.
Picked up my Passport today from AT&T - Orland Park (only store with them in stock) and I'm so excited to return to BlackBerry after a 2 year hiatus... I quickly realized just how much I missed that tiny blinking red light and how much I missed BlackBerry in general. I love it!
